A side being fully prepared with your delicious, nutrient rich, high protein, calorie controlled MY Food meal plans. To combine with your exercise schedule and routine. How else can you ensure to maximise your week and enjoy it more than the last?
- Define 3 outcomes you would like to achieve this week. Identify and agree ( with yourself) 3 things you wish to accomplish this week. This differs from a ‘to- do’ list! You are aiming to set things you want to achieve from the week. The power lies in the simplicity. If today were Friday, what 3 things do you want to have achieved?
- Say ‘no’ to 3 things. Say ‘no’ to 3 commitments that you believe will zap you of your energy, time, or motivation. One of the easiest ways to get more time, energy, and motivation is to say no commitments that weigh you down.
- Smile and enjoy it!!
