Conditions of Use
You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
MY Food Lifestyle Ltd owns the copyright and ownership for all the information. As a potential customer you may retrieve and display such information on your computer screen and print out individual pages from the website for the sole purpose of placing an order for our services. The copying, modifying or transmitting of the material for any other purposes is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions and our website at any time. Any orders placed after the changes have taken place you the customer will be bound by such changes.
Any voucher codes advertised online or elsewhere are only valid to the products stated. If used on other products we reserve the right to contact you for any additional payment that may be due.
It is the responsibility of the user to check all materials for viruses before downloading them from this site.
All goods offered for sale through our web site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£)
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case it is our policy to contact you, and allow you to choose whether you wish to continue with the order at the corrected price.
You undertake that all details you provide us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. You must provide us with your exact name and address that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. All goods remain the property of MY Food Lifestyle Ltd until paid for in full.
Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will however contact you if a product you have ordered is out of stock.
We endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can, however stock is limited and subject to availability from our suppliers. We update our website as quickly as we can to ensure up to date information for our customers.
Allergies & Intolerances
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, you must inform us at time of order.
Please note our food is produced in kitchens that handle nuts, so meals are not suitable for people with severe nut allergies.
Please be aware that products may contain nut shells.

How do Recurring Weekly Payments work?
You can contact us on 01502 589999 or email email@example.com and we can set you up as a rolling customer. There is no contract and you can cancel at any time before each cut off to cancel any future deliveries
Delivery of MY Food
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to England, Scotland & Wales, excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver on Sunday, ready for you to start with your Monday breakfast
What time do you deliver?
Standard deliveries will arrive between 8am-4pm. You will receive a text message or email enabling you to check your 1 hour time slot on the day of your delivery.
What happens if I’m out when my delivery arrives?
When you place your order you can add notes to let us know a safe place to leave the chilled hamper if you are out.
Can you deliver to an alternative address?
Yes we can, simply provide us with the alternative address details & we will do the rest, however, we advise you not to open your hamper until you can refrigerate the contents according to the instructions provided.
I bought more than 1 week, how many deliveries will I have?
We cook freshly to order & therefore we deliver weekly. So expect to receive one delivery per week, on the same day each week.
How soon should I start MY Food after I receive my delivery?
We recommend you start your plan the day after you receive your delivery. Why not on the same day? Your next delivery may come late afternoon & we don’t want you to be short of meals.
Does the food require heating & can it be frozen?
Some meals need to be heated; instructions can be found on the labels. We advise you to refrigerate all food as soon as possible. Most meals are suitable for freezing for up to 28 days, however the idea behind the total eating plans is that food should be consumed as per the menu each day from when you receive the delivery.
Are the meals microwavable?
We suggest following the heating instructions provided, however the meals are microwavable. If you wish to microwave your meal, empty contents into a microwaveable dish & ensure that the meal is piping hot before enjoying
What can I drink during the plan?
We recommend reducing your alcohol & caffeine intake & drinking plenty of water whilst on your plan. Herbal teas are great too.
Can I add protein supplements?
Yes, supplements can help increase your calorie intake, aid muscle recovery & optimise training performance
What can I do if I get hungry?
You may need to increase your calorie option, add our healthy snacks to your plan or consider a protein supplement. Remember Calories are king and it is normal to feel a little hungry when you start a calorie controlled diet plan. Drink plenty of water. You will need to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight healthily and steadily
How long does the food last?
We add an eat by date because the food is freshly cooked to order. We don’t add any additives or preservatives, but your naturally packed meals are cooked fresh and will last for 7 days when stored in the fridge.
Are MY Food meals suitable for people with a severe nut allergy?
My Food Lifestyle Limited makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, you can select to exclude items that we have identified as possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
Please be aware that our facility prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that contain nuts or nut oil. If you have any type of food allergy, please refrain from eating our products.
Do you offer a vegetarian options?
Yes, we have specific Vegetarian plans for MY Food. We offer vegan plans too!
Are all meals gluten free?
No, as we use oats in some meals which can contain gluten & we use spelt. We have special gluten free plans available for this requirement
Are all meals as dairy free?
Yes, all MY Food plans are wheat (contains spelt) & dairy free -however you may choose to add cows milk (not provided) to any of the shakes/smoothies that require milk of some kind to be added.
SIXPAX plans, MY Food Bespoke and our On The Go range include dairy, excluding the vegan and dairy-free options.
Can you cater for specific religious requirements?
Yes, every plan that is available on our site is also available in a halal version.
Are the plans suitable for diabetics?
We are not medically qualified so cannot categorically say that our plans are suitable for diabetics. We suggest you contact your GP before starting any My food Diet Plan. For more information, please call us on 01502 589999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We endeavour to recycle as much as possible and would be grateful if you could help us in our efforts and recycle all packaging where appropriate.
Claims for damages or shortages
If there is any visible damage to the delivered goods, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately stating that the goods have not been received in an acceptable condition. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to make a claim against the carrier. We will make a claim against the carrier and if necessary arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replacements to be sent to you. In such a case, the goods can only be collected from the original point of delivery.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carriers consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the delivery notes and it is your responsibility to notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Cancellation of orders and returns
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by calling us during normal office hours, or emailing us. This will incur a £35 cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled after dispatch cannot be refunded or returned.
Cancellation of weekly payment plans
To cancel or pause your weekly payment plan please email us at email@example.com a minimum of 7 days before your next delivery is scheduled. Upon receipt of your email we will contact you to assist. Please note we require minimum 7 days notice for a cancellation or to pause your plan. There is no cancellation fee for weekly payment plans.
If for any reason you are issued with a refund it will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. If you have benefited from a discounted day rate by purchasing a longer plan and a refund is required, the refund will be calculated at the 7 day rate. After 28 days or more the refund will be calculated according to the day rate matching the number of days of food eaten, plus the £35 cancellation fee.
A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 5 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited.
The extent of our liability to you shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns about your health that may be affected by a change in diet, please consult your GP before starting your plan. MY Food Lifestyle Ltd will not accept any liability for deterioration in medical conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a customer, exclude or restrict our liability to you for any injury caused through our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We operate a procedure which is used to resolve disputes as soon as they arise. If you have a complaint please contact us via email
The above Terms and Conditions cannot be varied except in writing by a director of MY Food Lifestyle Ltd. Therefore anything said by any member of staff on behalf of MY Food Lifestyle Ltd should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by MY Food Lifestyle Ltd We shall have no liability for any such misrepresentation being untrue or misleading.
