If you are trying Diet Delivery for the first time, don't worry we have been doing it for nearly 14 years, so we have put some tips together to help you get the most out of your Diet Plan & enjoy your journey.

Before You Start Your Diet Plan

  • Consult your doctor if you have 2 stone or more to lose
  • Ensure you don't have any allergies or intolerances we should know about
  • Make space in your fridge & empty out your food cupboards of any unhealthy items 
  • Spread the word, seek support from your friends & family (we are here to help too)
  • Set yourself realistic goals & enjoy this experience
  • Take a before picture & pop it on your fridge door

During Your Diet Plan

  • Stick with your Diet Plan, great results are waiting for you
  • Give yourself & your body time to adapt to your new healthy way of eating & allow time to see results
  • Not everyone sees weight loss as quickly as others, so persevere & you will succeed

  • Drink hot water with a wedge of lemon first thing in the morning
  • Avoid caffeine as much as possible, drink herbal tea throughout the day 
  • Drink LOTS of water, it helps flush out the system & can boost weight loss too
  • If you are feeling hungry, snack on fresh vegetables such as cucumber, celery, carrots & tomatoes
  • If you eat out whilst on your plan, choose grilled fish or chicken with lots of vegetables or salad. Avoid high fat salad dressings & choose fresh fruit instead of a dessert

After You Complete Your Diet Plan

  • Make a note of your own 'super foods' & 'danger foods' & keep this list handy when going shopping & eating out
  • Make sure your diet is full of vegetables, fresh fruit, salads, whole grains, nuts & seeds
  • Try to buy as many fresh, unpackaged, unprocessed foods as possible, they are much better nutritionally
  • Plan your weeks meals two or three days ahead to prevent unhealthy last minute buys at the supermarket
  • Make sure your diet is full of good carbs which have low GI (glycaemic index)
