Ingredients

  • 1g Chicken Breast
  • 450g Brown Rice
  • 300g Broccoli
  • 300g MangeTout
  • 200g Chinese Cabbage
  • 100ml Mirin
  • 75ml Tamari
  • 60ml Agave Syrup
  • 50g Sesame Seeds
  • 45ml Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 15g Ginger

Cooking Instructions

1. Marinade the chicken with rice vinegar, tamari, agave, mirin and fresh ginger 2. Cook in the oven until chicken has reached temperature. 3. Shred the cabbage, chop the broccoli and mangetout and steam these in the oven until tender 4. Boil the brown rice until tender, then put into a container and add the steamed vegetables.
