Ingredients

  • 800g Red Onions
  • 325g Dessicated Coconut
  • 250g Chickpeas
  • 250g Green Cabbage
  • 125g Light Mayonnaise
  • 100g Mango Chutney
  • 100g Cooking Carrots
  • 50g Curry Powder
  • 35g Baby Corn
  • 20g Marigold Bouillon
  • 15ml Olive Oil
  • 15g Green Beans
  • 15g Broad Beans (frozen)
  • 15g Soya Beans
  • 5ml Lemon Juice
  • 2g Black Pepper
  • 1ea Egg

Cooking Instructions

1. Blitz the chickpeas 2. Soften the onions in olive oil 3. Mix everything together including the mango chutney 4. Bake in the oven at 150 C for around 30 minutes until golden 5. For the coleslaw: Grate the carrot, cabbage in the food processor then mix with the rest of the ingredients/
