  • 650g Chickpeas
  • 500g Soya Beans
  • 500g Garden Peas
  • 250g Quinoa
  • 200g MangeTout
  • 150ml Water
  • 150g Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 25g Ground Cumin
  • 25ml Olive Oil
  • 5ea Avocado
  • 10g Mixed Herbs
  • 5ea Lemon
  • 10g Salt
  • 95g Fresh Mint
  • 55g Fresh Curly Parsley

Cooking Instructions

1. Soak the peas and the soya bean in the hot water to defrost 2. Soak the sun dried tomatoes in the water 3. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions 4. Cube the avocados and cover with lemon juice to keep the colour 5. Chop the mint and the parsley, slice the mangetout 6. Mix all the salad ingredients together
