  • 500g Onions
  • 1ea Raw Green Pepper
  • 2ea Cooking Yellow Pepper
  • 1ea Cooking Red Pepper
  • 400g Cooking Carrots
  • 375g Sweet Potato
  • 275g Kidney Beans
  • 275g Black beans
  • 275g Cannellini Beans
  • 40g Tomato Puree
  • 35g Marigold Bouillon
  • 30g Rice Flour
  • 20ml Olive Oil
  • 15g garlic (weight)
  • 15g Mixed spice
  • 15g Cumin Seeds
  • 15g Ground Cumin
  • 10g Chilli Powder
  • 10g Chilli (weight)
  • 80g Fresh Coriander
  • 1g Salt
  • 1g Black Pepper
  • 35g Corn Chips

Cooking Instructions

1. Steam sweet potatoes 2. Soften onion in olive oil, add your spices, garlic, chilli and water 3. Add peppers, tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, and rice flour and bring to a simmer 4. Add all of the other ingredients 5. Add water if too thick 6. Add chopped coriander 7. Serve with 30g of corn chips
