Ingredients for the salad (for 1 person):

Fresh Mango 60g
Carrot (grated) 75g
White cabbage (shredded) 100g
Radish 30g
Cherry tomatoes 50g
Soya beans 45g
Sesame seeds 7g
Toasted peanuts 7g
Fresh chives 3g
Fresh mint 3g

Ingredients for the dressing (for 1 person):

Rice vinegar 35ml
Raw sugar 7.5g
Salt 0.8g
Lime juice 15ml
Tamari 0.5ml
