Murray lost 1 stone in 28 days!

“This stuff does work. 

The tip of drinking water helps as it fills you up and I think you genuinely feel better, I have never drunk so much water in all of my life.

If I am honest weekends when everyone is down the pub eating orange food are tough, really tough.

The funny thing about all this is that it's teaching me about portion sizes. I was a picker and would eat a lot quickly, so this is a really good education on what and how much you eat. This is life lesson stuff which I am sure will sit with me for a long while after this exercise.  

Anyway my scales have not registered anything under 80 kilos for a very long time!!

My mission, if I choose to accept it, is to keep this up. There is a long way to go but I am going in the right direction, made easier by really tasty food with only one dish I didn't like, Strawberry Smoothie, but I am not a great fruit eater..... yet!”
