Yasmin Amir Ahmadi is the name of the lady who has not just taught me how to correctly tuck in and engage my ribs but also how to correctly get my core functioning! And has (and continues to) deliver strength building, flexibility enhancing and pain relieving Pilates lessons to the people of Poole.
For those of you suffering with pain and/or sports injury, poor core functionality, limited flexibility or simply a desire to move and feel better than you ever have before, I couldn’t recommend attending a regular Pilates class more!

Body Control are the leading training provider in the UK for Pilates, so simply add your postcode or location to their website and find a teacher suitable for you. Expect that the teacher will provide you with a 1-2-1 session first to assess your ability and then recommend you to a class, which will consist of no more than 12 people.
