Ingredients

  • 1g Chickpeas
  • 850g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 600g Green Beans
  • 20g Mixed Herbs
  • 100g Tahini
  • 45ml Olive Oil
  • 60ml Tamari
  • 45g Mango Chutney
  • 40g Chilli (weight)
  • 20ea Rice Cakes
  • 4ea Lime
  • 2g Salt

Cooking Instructions

1. Blitz chickpeas with all the ingredients olive oil, mango chutney tahini lime and salt and ,mixed herbs 2. blanch the green beans. Cook the tomatoes for 5- 10 minutes in the oven at 180c 3. Serving: 1/3 cup for humus For salad give 60g green beans and 4 tomatoes per portion 2 rice cakes to go into a separate bag for packing
