In the MY Food office we are frequently discussing our healthy meal plans. As well as the healthy meal recipes! Last week one of our team members came up with their very own peanut butter smoothie recipe. . There are many peanut butter fans among the MY Food team!

So in honor of the peanut love, today I will share with you the peanut butter smoothie recipe. The smoothie is not only deliciously peanuty but also full of protein and goodness.

Ingredients:

1 Banana

½ cup of coconut milk (or rice, almond, hazelnut ect milk)

2 tablespoons of peanut butter (we always argue in the office if crunchy or smooth is better – up to you!)

1 large handful of spinach

1 tablespoon of hemp powder

Chuck everything into the blender and whizz!
