So in honor of the peanut love, today I will share with you the peanut butter smoothie recipe. The smoothie is not only deliciously peanuty but also full of protein and goodness.
½ cup of coconut milk (or rice, almond, hazelnut ect milk)
2 tablespoons of peanut butter (we always argue in the office if crunchy or smooth is better – up to you!)
1 large handful of spinach
1 tablespoon of hemp powder
Chuck everything into the blender and whizz!
