New Body, New You! The New Body plan is based on a 1200-1300 calories per day which is a 600 calorie reduction of the average energy requirements for a 65 kg woman and 82 kg man with low activity (Dietary Reference Values, Department of Health) The New Body plan balances fats, proteins, and carbohydrates to promote loss of body fat, the plan also contains food with a low GI (glycaemic index) allowing your body to use all of the food for energy instead of storing it as body fat. The New Body meals contain chicken* and fish (vegeterian option is available) are low in salt and sugar, free from dairy, artificial additives and wheat (includes spelt) You are encouraged to drink plenty of water and reduce your alcohol and caffeine intake, your digestion and absorption of nutrients should improve promoting a feeling of well-being.
