Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver nationwide and offer free delivery on all diet plans.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey or Northern Ireland.

How do I purchase MY Food plan?
You can order online or call us on 01202 697100 and we will take care of everything for you.

When do you deliver?
All our menu plans can be delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
We can also deliver on a Saturday for an additional £9.95.

Standard deliveries will arrive before 8pm and you will receive a text message to confirm your 1 hour time slot on the morning of your delivery.

To track your chilled hamper, visit DPD.

What happens if I'm out when the delivery arrives?
When you place your order we will ask for a safe place to leave the chilled hamper if you are out. Alternatively you can request a Saturday delivery to ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address.

Can you deliver to an alternative address?
Yes we can, simply provide us with the alternative address details and we will do the rest, however, we advise that you not to open your hamper until you can refrigerate or freeze the contents according to the instructions.

Which MY Food plan is best for me?
If you want to lose weight or revitalise your body, the New Body plan is the best for you. The plan is based on a 600 calorie reduction of the average energy requirements for a 65 kg women and 82 kg man with low activity (Dietary Reference Values, Department of Health). The New Body diet plan provides 1200 calories per day however we can add two snacks a day to increase it to 1700 calories a day.

If you are active and exercise regularly the Active Body plan is best for you. The Active Body plan is designed to encourage fat burning and promote toning. A high protein diet can help to lose extra pounds and also gain muscle mass, as a result, a high protein plan can play an integral part of sports and weight training programs. The Active Body diet plan provides 1200 calories per day however we can add two snacks a day to increase it to 1700 calories a day.

If you want a leaner body and smoother skin in time for your holiday, the Blitz Body plan is best for you. The plan contains a delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner each day; all of the meals are wheat and dairy free and contain no artificial additives. This plan gives a real energy boost, sheds dullness of the skin and will give you a healthy glow both inside and out. All you need to add to the plan is plenty of water to help flush out your system, leaving you feeling fully hydrated, reduce bloating, and put the body’s sluggish digestive system back on track. The Blitz Body diet plan provides 1100 calories per day.

Do you offer vegetarian plans?
Yes, our New Body and Blitz Body plans are suitable; and you can also request a fish only or chicken only option.
Active Body plans contain chicken, fish, red meat and poultry therefore they are not suitable for vegetarians.

Do you offer vegan plans?
Unfortunately not as we use eggs and honey.

Are the plans suitable for people with a severe nut allergy?
Unfortunately not, we use nuts in some of our meals so the plans are not suitable for those with a severe nut allergy. Please contact us on 01202 697100 to discuss the severity of your allergy as in some instances we can cater for you.

Are the plans all gluten free?
Unfortunately only our New Body and Blitz Body are available as a Gluten Free option.

Are the plans all dairy free?
All our New Body and Blitz Body plans are dairy free, but we use some cheese in our Active Body Plans.

Can you cater for specific religious requirements?
Yes, we can provide Halal Chicken with our New Body and Blitz Body plans.

Does the food require heating and can it be frozen?
All dinner meals and some lunch meals will need to be heated; instructions can be found on the labels. We advise you to refrigerate or freeze all food as soon as possible, your meals will be labelled and any dishes which require freezing are marked in red. Meals should be defrosted thoroughly, in a refrigerator, on the day before eating and heated thoroughly according to the instructions.

Are the meals microwavable?                                                                                                                          We do suggest following the heating instructions available however the meals are microwavable. Instructions are not provided for this but ensure that the meal is piping hot before consumption.

What can I drink during the plan?
We advise you to drink plenty of water and herbal teas instead of juice or fizzy drinks. If you drink alcohol, avoid beers or spirits and make sure that you drink plenty of water after to flush it through your body. To get the best results on the plan we do advise that you avoid alcohol and sugary drinks when possible.

What can I do if I get hungry?
If you are hungry snack on vegetables (peppers, celery, carrots or cucumber). It is best to keep some vegetables close at hand. Choose vegetables before fruit as they contain less sugar and are less acidic, however the odd apple, pear or berries are fine.
