Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver nationwide and offer free delivery on all diet plans, some parts of Scotland will be on a 2 day service. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and France will incur an extra charge and will also be a 2 day service. If you would like delivery to these places call our customer service team on 01202 697100

How do I purchase MY Food plan?
You can order online or call us on 01202 697100 and we will take care of everything for you.

When do you deliver?
All our Diet plans can be delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We can also deliver on a Saturday for an additional £9.95.

What time do you deliver?
Standard deliveries will arrive between 8am-7pm. You will receive a text message to check your 1 hour time slot on the morning of your delivery. To track your chilled hamper, visit DPD

What happens if I'm out when the delivery arrives?
When you place your order we will ask for a safe place to leave the chilled hamper if you are out. Alternatively you can request a Saturday delivery to ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address.

Can you deliver to an alternative address?
Yes we can, simply provide us with the alternative address details and we will do the rest, however, we advise you not to open your hamper until you can refrigerate or freeze the contents according to the instructions.

Does the food require heating and can it be frozen?
All dinner meals and some lunch meals will need to be heated; instructions can be found on the labels. We advise you to refrigerate or freeze all food as soon as possible, your meals will be labelled and any dishes which require freezing are indicated with a freeze symbol. Meals should be defrosted thoroughly, in a refrigerator, on the day before eating and heated thoroughly according to the instructions.

Are the meals microwavable?
We do suggest following the heating instructions available however the meals are microwavable. Instructions are not provided for this but ensure that the meal is piping hot before consumption.

What can I drink during the plan?
We advise you to drink plenty of water and herbal teas instead of juice or fizzy drinks. If you drink alcohol, avoid beers or spirits and make sure that you drink plenty of water after to flush it through your body. To get the best results on the plan we do advise that you avoid alcohol and sugary drinks when possible.

What can I do if I get hungry?
If you are hungry snack on vegetables (peppers, celery, carrots or cucumber). It is best to keep some vegetables close at hand. Choose vegetables before fruit as they contain less sugar and are less acidic, however the odd apple, pear or berries are fine.

Do you offer vegetarian plans?
Yes, we have a Vegetarian Options.

Do you offer vegan plans?
Yes, we have a Vegan Plan.

Are the plans suitable for people with a severe nut allergy?
Unfortunately not, we use nuts in some of our meals so the plans are not suitable for those with a severe nut allergy. Please contact us on 01202 697100 to discuss the severity of your allergy as in some instances we can cater for you.

Are any of the plans gluten free?
Yes, we have a specific Gluten Free Plan.

Are the plans all dairy free?
Yes.

Can you cater for specific religious requirements?
Yes, we offer a specific Halal Plan.

I bought a 28 Day plan. Am I going to receive all 28 days in one delivery?
No. We cook freshly to your order, we don’t add any additives or preservatives and therefore we deliver weekly. So for a 28 day plan you will receive 4 deliveries, one per week, on the same day you have selected to receive delivery.

How soon should I start my plan once I receive my delivery?
We recommend you start your plan the day after you receive your delivery. Why not on the same day you might ask? Because if you are on a longer plan or you choose to extend, your next delivery might come late afternoon & we don’t want you to be short of a lunch or dinner and then choose something naughty instead.

I don’t see a best before date on the meals. Why is that and how long does the food last?
We don’t add a best before date because the food is freshly cooked to order. We don’t add any additives or preservatives so the food must be stored & eaten according to your menu.

I ordered a taster plan what am I going to receive?
We will select 2 days of food for you. Both days will be delivered in one hamper on the day you have selected. We will also give you a £25 voucher to use against any plan of 7 days or more. Please note this voucher can not be use in conjunction with any other offers.
